Mission, vision and values are the springboard from which all of your programming and management functions flow. This kick-off training will set the stage for organizational efficiency and success. You will learn how to establish or reposition your existing mission, vision and values as the foundation for successful program design and planning, fundraising, marketing, and human resource management.

Trainer: Curdina Hill, ClearWays to Freedom

Curdina Hill is an organizational development consultant, personal and professional coach whose consulting practice focuses on non-profit capacity-building, specifically strategic and community planning, collaborative program and organizational development, and multi-cultural team building. Curdina brings to her business, ClearWays to Freedom, a passion for helping individuals, teams, and organizations create new visions and pathways to successful change across difference. She has graduate degrees in Sociology and Public Health, and is a graduate of Coach University. She has also studied Process-oriented Psychology or Process Work, an awareness approach to conflict resolution and group building.
