Workshop description:

Mission, vision and values are the springboard from which all of your programming and management functions flow. This training will set the stage for organizational efficiency and success. You will learn how to establish or reposition your existing mission, vision and values as the foundation for successful program design and planning, fundraising, marketing, and human resource management.

Trainers: Jennifer Davis-Allison, Partners, Training & Consulting

Jennifer Davis-Allison, principal in Partners, Training and Consulting, has over 20 years experience in training and organizational development, human resource and line management. Jennifer is a founder and ex-board member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women – RI Chapter. She was Committee Chair for the Diversity and Education Committees, Community Preparatory School, and past Board President, and member of the Executive and Long Range Planning Committees, Women’s Center of RI. In addition, Jennifer has been a member of the Diversity Working Group of RI, board member, Mount Hope Neighborhood Land Trust (MHNLT) 1992-1995, board member, Brown Club of RI 1993-1995, past member, American Society for Training and Development (ASTD)
