Workshop description:

Programs are the strategies nonprofit organizations use to fulfill their missions. As such, they are the heart of the organization. In this workshop, participants will walk through 15 steps to program design. How to bring concepts and ideas to program will be addressed with an emphasis on linking strategically to partners and community stakeholders for feedback, funds and other support. Additionally, this training will introduce learning loops as a way to continuously learn from current work and create innovative future programming.
