Program Design & Introduction to Strategic Planning (Day 1)

Wednesday, June 14, 2006

Workshop Description:

Programs are the strategies nonprofit organizations use to fulfill their missions. As such, they are the heart of the organization. In this workshop, participants will walk through 15 steps to program design.

Additionally, this training will introduce strategic planning, strategic thinking and how organizations can continuously reflect on their work and effectiveness in this fast paced world. Strategic planning fundamentals have merit for longer term thinking; however in today’s fast paced world, organizations must also be adept in strategic thinking – quick cycle adapting and retooling.
