Revitalizing Your Board of Directors will help you build a great board! In this engaging and interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to identify and recruit great board members, how to simplify the work of the board, and how to keep your organization’s mission and activities in sight.

This workshop is designed to give you an overview of:

  • Roles and Responsibilities of Boards and board members
  • Recruiting for Boards and Committees
  • Strengthening your Board of Directors.

You’ll leave with practical tools to use right away. This is a great workshop for executive directors, other leaders, and board members to attend together.
